Dulux Avista Training Courses
Dulux Avista offers two 1-day Essentials Training Courses for both current and new applicators.
Both courses include a combination of theory and practical work allowing attendees to gain real hands-on experience in various application techniques.
Essentials 01. will help to develop your knowledge and application skills of both the Dulux Avista Epoxy Flooring and Concrete Sealer ranges. It will introduce you to the key components of the ranges as well as when and how to use them.
Theory and hands-on application covering products including:
- Crack repair
- Solvent Based Tintable Sealers
- Waterbased Tintable Sealer System
- Reactivating & Sealing Clear Concrete Sealers
- Epoxy Flake Flooring Finishes* including:
i) Straight Epoxy ii) Partial & Full Flake Finishes iii) Stone Flake Finishes
*All finishes sealed with Polyaspartic Topcoat

Essentials 02. will help to develop your knowledge and application skills of the Dulux Avista Concrete Repair & Concrete Resurfacing Systems. It will introduce key products to prepare & repair concrete prior to resurfacing and sealing.
Theory and hands-on application covering products including:
- Crack repair
- Patch repair
- Resurfacing System & Finishes
- Epoxy Textured Finishes
- Clear Topcoats

Both courses will cover popular forms of concrete, how to identify potential issues and how to treat them, all of which will help in providing your customers with a durable and aesthetically pleasing result.
Course includes take home materials such as supporting product brochures, product sample boards, Dulux Avista Sealer Guide, information on becoming a Dulux Avista Accredited Applicator and exclusive product promotional offers.
All courses include lunch & refreshments for all training attendees. Fees apply.
*The training fee is to be paid in full at the time of booking to secure placement. A full refund (minus a Eventbrite ticketing fee of $21.25) or change of course date can be provided to customers if notification is received via email to [email protected], 30 days prior to course date.
If email notification is received less than 30 days, but greater than 7 days; a change of course date can only be provided or monies forfeited. Only one change of date available per booking.
Email notification up to 7 days or no attendance without notification of any change of date bookings will result in course fees and any rebooking fees paid being forfeited in full.
A response to your refund request will be provided within five (5) business days of the request.
If Dulux Avista postpones or cancels the event, a 100% refund will be eligible to customers or change of course date.
All refunds will be processed via Eventbrite.
These training courses DO NOT constitute a Statutory Trade Licence. Please contact your Local Building Authority to determine the necessary requirements. Course numbers are capped to allow appropriate contact with the trainer.
